Steven Banks started paddling canoes 29 years ago on local lakes. Six years later, after sitting in a sea kayak, he sold the canoe and never looked back. He is an ACA level 4 sea kayak instructor and BCU 4 star paddler and with BCU star 5 training. The occasional white water trip keeps his skills sharp. Steve has paddled locations from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Pacific Northwest, Newfoundland to Wales. 2015 will be his first year paddling a surfski and the new challenge is exciting.
